The work schedule is drawn up during the project documentation phase and contract signing, and is also approved by the Client. This approach allows the Client to estimate timelines before work begins and to monitor progress during the development process.

Can you take over the maintenance and further development of an existing product?

What is the warranty period for the product?

What is the best way to handle post-warranty service and further system development?

Naturally, the specialists who developed the system are best suited to handle its maintenance. However, many years of development and support experience show that a mixed mode is ideal. This is where, in addition to our specialists, the Client involves responsible employees who plan the system’s development and resolve tasks of medium complexity.

Will we receive the source code for the developed program, and is it possible to transfer the software for maintenance to another company (or manage it ourselves)?

We provide a full set of source codes, as well as a pre-agreed package of documentation sufficient for the maintenance of the software developed for you. We can also provide consulting services to the Client’s specialists in order to transfer the necessary system competencies
